FAQ

  • Reserve your spot through our booking form by clicking the private or group tour button above. Then choose your preferred date, time, and number of guests — and you’re set!

  • It’s 60-minutes, giving you time to meet the animals, ask questions, and take photos.

  • Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes are best. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and a refillable water bottle for warm days.

  • Yes! Photos and videos are encouraged — and we’d love if you tagged us when sharing at #fandnagosanctuary.

  • Yes! Please let us know in advance if people with mobility challenges will be joining. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.

  • We run tours rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund. Excluding inclement weather, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Many of our animals love gentle pets and attention, but their comfort and safety come first. Your guide will let you know the best way to interact with each one.
